Must comply with the new NDIS Code of Conduct.

Adhere strictly to the new NDIS Practice Standards, which outline expectations for quality and safety of services and supports provided.

Acknowledge changes in provider registration processes, complaint submission, reporting, and the development and review of Behaviour Support Plans.

Follow a nationally consistent Worker Screening Check for all employees.

Maintain effective internal Complaint Management and Resolution systems.

Submit behaviour support plans to the NDIS Commission.

Obtain approval for any restrictive practices used.

Implement effective Incident Management Systems and reporting channels.
